Terms and Conditions

Harman International Industries, Incorporated (“Harman”) will be choosing winners at random during the JBL x Clix event at Nebraska Furniture Mart (“NFM”) on November 9, 2024, in The Colony, TX, to receive JBL Quantum Product and Dreamin Apparel from among all those who register and are eligible pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. 

Participants must register by 11:59pm on November 7, 2024. Random selection will be made on November 8, 2024. Winners must be in attendance during the event on November 9, 2024, to be eligible.

I acknowledge that registration does not guarantee access to the event or guarantee prizing of any kind.  

I understand that participation in this Event may involve certain risks. I agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs and assigns, to release, indemnify and hold harmless Harman and its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and successors (the “Harman Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Event, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy, whether known or unknown. Except where prohibited, participation in the Event constitutes my consent to the Harman Parties and their designees to use and modify (except with respect to opinions) my name, likeness, photograph, voice, and opinions for advertising and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

I agree to follow all policies and guidelines of Harman, the venue, and any third-party vendors administering and supporting this event.  No rain checks.  Non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged, sold, or assigned, or redeemed for value.

Harman and its representatives reserve the right to prohibit entry and/or remove any attendees for failing to follow guidelines, causing a disturbance, or for any other reason. 

Harman and its third-party vendors collect, use and protect your personal information when you use and share information through the JBL website.  We respect your privacy / personal information.
